What Success in our Administrative Coordinator Role Looks Like at TWC Services Inc.
Supports the client setup and management process in an accurate and efficient manner.
Key Areas Of Responsibilities
- Issue Resolution: Reviews and handles any emails in the exception folder of the shared services' inbox in a timely manner. Identifies process improvement opportunities and relays those to manager for discussion.
- Client Setup: Collects new client and new location forms and records the client in our system, including setting pricing and line-item structures, AP or AR contracts, collection limits, sales tax jurisdictions, and scanning of correct paperwork. Handles phone calls being transferred from the branches to set up new clients in our systems, as needed.
- Reference Checks: Performs reference checks for new clients that do not have sufficient information in the system. Collects payment information if not available.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of administrative support experience
- High School Diploma/GED
