We’re looking for a relationship-driven sales professional who knows how to grow accounts AND hunt for new business.
This role is a strong mix of:
- 🔹 75% Account Management (build, retain, expand)
- 🔹 25% New Business Development (identify, pursue, close)

🧩 What You’ll Do
- Manage and grow an existing book of business
- Develop new accounts across a national territory
- Build long-term client relationships
- Sell custom print solutions (labels, signage, wraps, and more)
- Partner with internal teams to deliver high-quality results
- Own your pipeline and consistently hit revenue goals
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of sales experience (printing is a plus, not required)
- Proven ability to close deals grow accounts
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-starter mindset—you know how to own your day
- Comfortable in a fast-moving, small business environment
đź’° Compensation Breakdown
- Base: $45K
- Commission:
- 1.5% on existing accounts
- 4% on new business
- đźš— Monthly car allowance
- Bonus opportunities based on performance
