TW Work Solutions is partnering with a boutique investment management firm to identify an exceptional FP&A Manager who thrives at the intersection of Finance, Data Analytics, Investment Management, and Technology.

This is not a traditional FP&A reporting role.

Our client is modernizing its private markets platform, transforming manual investment processes into scalable, data-driven systems that enhance investment decision-making and executive reporting. If you're passionate about financial modeling, automation, SQL, Power BI, and building enterprise analytics solutions, this is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact.

What You'll Be Doing

🔹 Data, Modeling & Automation (50%)

• Build and enhance sophisticated FP&A and investment models for forecasting, investment tracking, and performance analysis.
• Develop scalable data models, databases, and automated data pipelines using SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Power Query.
• Automate reporting and analytical workflows to improve efficiency and data quality.

🔹 Analytics & Executive Reporting (25%)

• Develop dynamic Power BI dashboards and KPI reporting.
• Perform forecasting, variance analysis, portfolio performance reviews, profitability analysis, and scenario modeling.
• Translate complex financial data into actionable insights for executives and investment professionals.

🔹 Strategic Decision Support (25%)

• Support capital planning, liquidity analysis, investment decision-making, and predictive modeling.
• Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis across private market investments.
• Standardize analytics and reporting across multiple investment platforms while improving data governance and reporting accuracy.

What We're Looking For

✅ 6 years of FP&A, Corporate Finance, Financial Analytics, or Data-Focused Finance experience

✅ Advanced SQL (required)

✅ Expert-level Excel and financial modeling

✅ Power BI (or similar BI platform)

✅ Experience working with ERP systems and data warehouses

✅ Python, Snowflake, or other automation tools preferred

✅ Strong understanding of 3-statement financial modeling and financial performance drivers
