Production Lead — TW Custom Branding

TW Custom Branding ships 500 orders a month for sports teams, fan merch and corporate clients across North America. We're woman-owned, growing fast and we like to have fun.
The Role
Co-Lead our production floor. Lead Pressing, Embroidery, Receiving and Signs. Report to our Director of Operations.
What You'll Do
- Run the daily schedule
- Get orders out on time
- Lead and train the team
- Own quality control
- Handle rush orders and problems
- Keep the shop clean and safe
- Track output and reprints
What You Bring
- 2 years leading production
- DTF, heat press or embroidery a plus
- Calm under pressure
- Organized and detail-driven
- A coach, not a boss
- Good with computers (ShopVox a bonus)
- Can lift [50] lbs
