We're hiring full-time CDL-A drivers for a local dedicated position out of Lee's Summit, MO. Drive consistent local routes, get home every single day, and earn strong annual pay with full benefits from day one. No prior trucking experience required — we'll train you from the ground up.

PAY:
- Annual Pay: $80,000–$85,000
- Average Weekly Pay: $1,400–$1,600
- Sign-On Bonus: $2,000
- CPM Rate: $0.58–$0.65, Based on Experience
JOB DETAILS:
- Position: Local Dedicated — Full-Time
- Freight: No-Touch, Dedicated Routes — Dry Van
- Home Time: Daily — No Overnight Runs, No Exceptions
- Schedule: 5 or 6 Days Per Week, Day and Night Shifts Available
- Weekly Mileage: 2,500–3,000 Miles

REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid CDL-A License
- 21 Years of Age or Older
- Clean Driving Record
- No SAP Program or DUI History
- Must Pass DOT Physical and Pre-Employment Drug Screen
- Must Reside Within 50 Miles of Lee's Summit, MO
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Safely Operate a CDL-A Truck on Local Dedicated Routes
- Complete Pre-Trip and Post-Trip Vehicle Inspections
- Maintain Accurate ELD Electronic Logs
- Follow All DOT Regulations and Company Safety Policies
- Communicate Effectively With Dispatch Regarding Trip Progress
