Residential Construction Punch List Person

At TW Custom Homes Inc punch list employees play a crucial role throughout all phases of the residential construction process. Their involvement often begins during the early construction phases of our projects, where they work closely with the superintendents and sub contractors. When project enters final phases, the Punch List person will install hardware, base shoe and see the project to completion. Our Punch List person is a team player and able to work on their own ensuring successful completion of the assigned tasks.

Job Description:

• Responsible for installing hardware, base shoe and final punch items to make properties ready for sale
• Be a champion for safety and compliance
• Take pride in providing a quality work
• Experience in fast paced, quick turnover project timeline
• Gain knowledge of building codes and requirements
• Valid driver’s license required
• Requirements:
• Effective communicator, problem-solver and team player;
• Highly motivated and organized go getter;

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17-$20 per hour depending on experience

Typical Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
