Responsibilities
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and subcontractors to support project success
- Collaborate with engineers and planners to develop and maintain project schedules
- Support the creation of accurate project forecasts and budgets
- Oversee cost management, change orders, RFIs, and other project documentation
- Take ownership of project execution and delivery
- Contribute to preconstruction planning, quality assurance, and safety initiatives
- Assist senior project managers in overseeing construction activities
- You will have leadership and guidance to support project teams throughout all phases
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university
- Foundational understanding of construction principles and practices
- Strong problem-solving abilities with a flexible, collaborative approach to working with diverse teams
- Experience with subcontracts, subcontractors, or self-perform work is a plus
- Creative, results-driven, and able to work with a sense of urgency
- Prior internship or project engineering experience on projects valued at $5 million or more (design-build experience preferred)
- Committed to upholding and promoting a Safety-First culture
- Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically capable of navigating active construction sites, including walking, climbing ladders, and accessing multi-floor scaffolding
- Fast-paced work environment—appropriate job site footwear and attire required
- Projects are located nationwide; travel may be required
