Summary
- Safely and efficiently operate material handling equipment (forklift) to move racks, containers, pallets, and crates
- Move, locate, relocate, load, unload, and stack material in assigned area
- Perform routine daily equipment inspections and escalate issues
- Gather finished orders for movement to the outbound shipping area
- Ensure product is labeled and free of damages, overages, and shortages
- Accurately complete all related paperwork
- Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the company
- Observe and comply with all safety procedures and guidelines
- Ensure that materials loaded to be transported are properly stacked and secure
- Perform housekeeping tasks such as sweeping and removing scrap, pallets, cardboard, etc.

- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of experience operating a Forklift in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
- OSHA-endorsed forklift certification or ability to become certified
- Previous use of RF Scanning equipment and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Must be able to identify products through reading, interpreting, and scanning pallet information
- Ability to understand instructions in English
- Knowledge of safety practices
- Hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment involving tire and wheel operations is strongly preferred.
