Job Summary:
This position will work with project managers and lead install technicians in a support role to assist with the completion of system installations and service calls. Assists with daily procedures and paperwork for their assigned technician. (The first 30 days of employment to serve as an evaluation period)
Requires excellent communication skills.
Ability to use hand and power tools.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment
Develop and maintain proficiency in the following areas:
Key Job Responsibilities:
Read and understand project documentation
Install equipment, structured cabling, and interconnection cable routing
Understand and implement Pre-wire and Commissioning standards and best practices
Basic troubleshooting of simple audio visual systems
Basic knowledge and experience with physical installation: projection screens, display mounts, ceiling speakers, microphones and equipment racks.
Minimum Job Requirements:
High School Diploma or GED
Excellent organizational skills and the desire to work for a professional company
Highly detailed, organized, and multitask driven
Familiar with desktop and mobile computing
