What started as a network of digital screens in bars and restaurants has grown into a leading digital out-of-home (DOOH) media and technology platform powering brand experiences across social venues.

Role Overview

We’re looking for a Director of Programmatic Sales & Partnerships to own and scale programmatic revenue across our platform. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role focused on building a strong programmatic business through strategic partnerships, agency engagement, and commercial execution. You will sit at the center of TVM’s revenue engine, working closely with a highly collaborative sales team and cross-functional partners in Product and Marketing.


This is a full-time, hybrid role based in New York City.


What You’ll Accomplish

In your first 6 months you’ll…

  • Establish clear ownership of programmatic revenue, including baseline performance, pipeline visibility, and pacing
  • Rebuild and activate key SSP and exchange partnerships (Vistar, Place Exchange, Hivestack, etc.)
  • Identify immediate revenue opportunities across PG, PMP, and Open Exchange and begin driving incremental demand
  • Partner closely with Sales to integrate programmatic into active deals, RFPs, and client conversations
  • Improve execution fundamentals across deal setup, pricing, packaging, and reporting


In your first year you’ll…

  • Deliver consistent, measurable growth in programmatic revenue as a core channel
  • Build strong, repeatable relationships with agency trading desks and programmatic buyers
  • Establish TVM as a credible, must-buy platform within programmatic DOOH and live/event-based environments
  • Develop a clear GTM strategy across tentpoles, markets, and audience segments
  • Create tighter alignment across Sales, Product, and Marketing to support programmatic growth
  • Improve infrastructure (data, integrations, measurement) in partnership with Product and Tech


You’ll Thrive in This Role If You…

  • Have experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or digital media, ideally within DOOH, CTV, or similar environments
  • Have 7–10 years of experience driving programmatic revenue, partnerships, or platform growth
  • Are comfortable operating at the intersection of sales, partnerships, and execution, working closely with sellers while owning your own number
  • Know how to build demand and supply at the same time—growing SSP relationships while unlocking agency spend through direct outreach and education
  • Have a strong grasp of programmatic mechanics (PG, PMP, Open Exchange), pricing/yield strategy, and measurement, and can translate that into revenue
  • Are a hands-on operator who can both set strategy and execute—jumping into deals, fixing gaps, and pushing things forward
  • Communicate clearly and confidently with partners, clients, and internal teams, and are energized by building something that is still taking shape

The base salary range for this role based in New York is $145,000 – $160,000 annually, commensurate with experience. TVM offers a competitive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage and 401(k) matching. Final compensation will be determined based on a candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications.
