We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding sales within a designated geographic area, building strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering tailored solutions that meet their needs while driving revenue growth. YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

You’ll deliver short and long term projects that support the business strategy. This will involve:


  • Maintain regular communication with the Sales Manager regarding project status, customer issues, and strategic planning.
  • Represent the company at trade shows and industry events to promote products and build customer relationships.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives within the assigned territory through proactive engagement and account management.
  • Conduct in-person and phone outreach to customers, developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key contacts.
  • Keep customers informed about new products, services, and programs to support their ongoing needs.
  • Process incoming quotes, orders, and inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Monitor and manage order status, providing customers with updates and resolving any delays or issues.
  • Follow up on pending customer issues, documenting progress and communicating updates to all relevant parties.
  • Collaborate with internal sales and support teams to identify and pursue sales opportunities or resolve customer concerns.
  • Travel to customer and prospect locations to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Support trade shows, conventions, and other marketing events as needed.



HOW TO SUCCEED / YOUR PROFILE


We’re looking for someone who can come up with simple solutions to complex problems. To join us you need:

  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience in sales.
  • Position requires overnight travel up to 50% of the time, approximately two weeks per month.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities, with a proven capacity to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Keen problem-solving skills with a results-driven mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license for business-related travel
  • Demonstrates intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint and Google Suite (Mail, Calendar, Hangouts, Sheets, Drive).
