Your Role And Responsibilities
- Take on projects that let you apply what you've learned in school to real business problems, with deliverables that make a visible impact on the company.
- The opportunity to present your projects and findings to Senior Leadership during our end of Summer wrap-up.
- Collaborate with department leaders and cross-functional teams to move projects forward.
- Contribute to research, analysis, and process improvement work that matters to the team.
- Build reports, presentations, and documentation that get used, not filed away.
- Learn the software, tools, and systems your department relies on every day.
- Take part in team meetings and strategic planning discussions.
- Grow your skills through training and professional development opportunities.
- Currently enrolled at an accredited college or university; rising juniors and above preferred.
- Team-oriented, with a positive attitude and a collaborative mindset.
- Strong organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and/or department-specific tools (e.g., CAD, Jira, Tableau).
- Professional, discreet, and comfortable handling confidential information.
- Quick to learn and apply new systems and processes.
