Responsibilities
Leadership & Curation
- Maintain a strong and consistent presence on the floor, remaining cool under pressure and leading with composure.
- Actively cultivate and leverage personal networks within Los Angeles to optimize the room.
- Review all reservations prior to service and identify opportunities for problem solving or personalization.
- Ensure all guest details and reservation systems are maintained accurately.
- Provide constructive feedback, coaching, and training to the host team.
- Process all guest disputes, concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
- Perform additional support tasks and duties as requested by leaders.
- 5 years of equivalent hospitality experience.
- In possession of an established, strong network within the Los Angeles hospitality, arts, or culture scene.
- Familiarity with reservation management systems (e.g. Resy) is essential.
