Duties
- Perform battery diagnostics, testing, and replacements for various vehicle types
- Utilize hand tools effectively for battery installation and maintenance
- Conduct tire services like installing a spare tire or airing up tire via roadside
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering solutions related to battery performance
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols
- Assist in sales of AAA battery/Warranties
- Collaborate with dispatch to ensure timely completion of services
