Medical Assistant-Certified - Pediatrics - Salmon Creek

Vancouver Clinic is looking for aMedicalAssistant-Certifiedto join ourPediatrics team atour Salmon Creeklocation! Responsibilities include rooming patients, collecting and documenting clinical information,assistingproviders with exams and procedures, administering medications and immunizations within scope, managing patient communications, and supporting the overall delivery of patient care. The ideal candidate is organized, compassionate, andable tomaintaina positive, professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.

Schedule:Monday 8:00am-12:00pm, Tuesday through Friday 7:15am-5:15pm

Hiring rangegenerally between$22.25/hour to $27.48/hour, and placement in the range depends on an evaluation of experience.

Requirements:

• Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant programrequired.

• Current Washington State Medical Assistant-Certified credential required, or ability to obtain within 6 months of hire.

• Certification from national certifying entity (AAMA, NCCT, AMT, NHA,etc) asrequiredfor MA-Certified credential.

• Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider BLS CPR certification.

• Previousexperience in an outpatient medical setting preferred

• Must have reliable and predictable attendance.
