You will work closely with Engineering, Product, and Support teams to improve test coverage, reduce regressions, validate releases, and triage production issues.

Responsibilities
Quality Assurance & Test Automation
- Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for web‑based applications
- Build and expand automated regression and smoke test suites
- Perform functional, regression, integration, and UAT testing
- Validate builds and confirm release readiness prior to production deployment
- Identify, track, and verify resolution of defects
- Continuously improve QA processes, tooling, and coverage
- Triage and reproduce reported issues from internal teams and customers
- Assess severity, document findings, and coordinate with Engineering on resolution
- Support root‑cause analysis and post‑release validation
- Partner with Product and Engineering on QA planning for release cycles
- Participate in release readiness reviews and post‑release smoke testing
- Review acceptance criteria for clarity and testability
- Identify edge cases, risks, and quality gaps during planning and refinement
- Communicate test status, risks, and results to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Participate in sprint ceremonies and release discussions
- 4 years of experience in Quality Assurance, including hands‑on testing
- Experience building and maintaining automated tests
- Strong manual testing experience for web applications
- Familiarity with defect tracking and release validation
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to quickly learn complex systems
- Strong communication skills
- Willingness to work on‑site in Nashua, NH
- Experience with Cypress, ReadyAPI, or similar frameworks
- FinTech or payments experience
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, GitLab, Confluence
- Experience supporting production systems
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
