Onboarding Operations Specialist – GTM

Tuvoli is building the infrastructure that powers how private aviation does business.

Our platform brings together quoting, payments, and transaction workflows into a single system designed to remove friction between brokers, operators, and customers. With more than $900M in annual GMV moving through the platform, Tuvoli is becoming the backbone of how charter flights are bought and sold.

But technology alone doesn’t transform an industry. People do.

We are looking for an Onboarding Operations Specialist – GTM to guide new operators and brokers through their transition onto the Tuvoli platform. This role sits at the intersection of aviation operations, customer success, and go-to-market execution.

You will be the person helping customers take the leap from legacy processes into a modern, transaction-driven platform. That means strong industry knowledge, exceptional communication skills, and the patience and confidence to guide customers through change.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the onboarding process for new Tuvoli customers from kickoff through successful go-live
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for operators and brokers during implementation
• Guide customers through the transition from legacy quoting and payment workflows into the Tuvoli platform
• Configure customer accounts, operational settings, and payment workflows to ensure launch readiness
• Gather, validate, and organize fleet data and operational information required for platform setup
• Deliver structured onboarding and training sessions tailored to each customer’s operational workflow
• Help customers integrate Tuvoli into their daily quoting, booking, and payment processes
• Identify operational friction or onboarding obstacles and work internally to resolve them quickly
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to improve the onboarding experience and customer adoption
• Travel to customer locations when needed to support implementation and relationship building
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in the private aviation charter industry is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of charter operations, quoting workflows, and day-to-day operator processes
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to guide customers through operational change
• A calm, confident, and consultative approach to working with customers
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple implementations simultaneously
• Comfort working with technical platforms and configuring operational workflows
• A high level of ownership and accountability for customer success
• Experience with payments, financial workflows, or transactional platforms is a plus
