Your Tasks
* Support audit planning, preparation, and documentation for ISO 9001 and related standards.
* Participate in audits as an observer or technical assistant under qualified Lead Auditors.
* Conduct document and record reviews to verify conformance with client management systems.
* Assist in report drafting and follow-up on audit findings.
* Maintain knowledge of ISO 9001 requirements and quality management concepts.
* Complete TUV SUD internal training and qualification modules as part of the development path.
* Collaborate with cross-functional audit and certification teams to ensure timely project delivery.
* Support clients and internal stakeholders through professional communication and service excellence.
Your Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Industrial, or related field.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in quality management, manufacturing, or process improvement.
* Basic understanding of ISO 9001 principles and the PDCA approach.
* Strong analytical and communication skills (verbal and written).
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with audit or quality tools.
* Fluent in English; Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.
* Willingness to travel across the U.S. and internationally as needed.
Preferred:
* Experience participating in internal or supplier audits.
* Exposure to additional standards such as ISO 14001 or ISO 45001.
* Training or coursework in quality management, auditing, or process control.
