Tutto Tavola is seeking an experienced, energetic Bar Manager to lead our beverage program and bar team. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional who is passionate about cocktails, wine, guest experience, and team development, and who thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all bar operations, including service standards, cleanliness, and guest experience
- Lead, train, and schedule bartenders and barbacks
- Develop and maintain cocktail menus, wine selections, and seasonal features
- Manage bar inventory, ordering, cost control, and vendor relationships
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies
- Collaborate with ownership and management on events, promotions, and menu pairings
- Maintain consistency, speed, and quality during peak service
- Foster a positive, professional, and team-oriented bar culture
Qualifications:
- 2 years experience as a Bar Manager or Lead Bartender in a full-service restaurant
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
