Day-to-Day as Inside Sales Support Manager :

• Lead North American dealer success efforts by guiding sales processes, promotions, troubleshooting challenges, and resolving escalated issues.
• Analyze dealer performance metrics and provide actionable plans to improve results and drive strategy.
• Inspire and manage the Inside Sales Support (ISS) team while fostering a customer-centric culture through training and best practices.
• Oversee operations at the Seattle retail location to ensure exceptional customer experiences.
• Plan and deliver dealer training, annual conferences, regional meetings, and webinars to support dealer education, growth, and collaboration.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop lead-generation strategies, promotions, and contests to drive dealer engagement.
• Optimize the distribution of sales leads and facilitate alignment through regular sales and marketing meetings.
