We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) with 1-2 years of outbound experience in a technical sales environment. You’ll be responsible for generating qualified pipeline through targeted outreach and collaboration with our sales and marketing teams.

Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and prospect into target manufacturing accounts using a multi-channel outbound strategy (email, phone, LinkedIn)
- Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing to execute targeted campaigns
- Maintain accurate lead and activity data in our CRM (e.g., HubSpot or Salesforce)
- Contribute feedback to improve messaging, targeting, and outreach strategies
- Work with a world-class team at the forefront of industrial automation
