What You'll Do
β’ Perform preventive maintenance on autonomous robotic systems
β’ Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and controls-related issues
β’ Execute repairs, upgrades, and retrofits in the field
β’ Work directly with customers to maximize robot uptime and performance
β’ Partner with Engineering and Operations teams to solve complex problems
β’ Help improve the reliability and serviceability of next-generation robotic products

You'll work on modern robotics technology deployed at customer facilities across the country. Your feedback from the field directly influences product design, reliability improvements, and future product development.

Travel
This role involves approximately 75% travel to customer sites throughout the United States.
Most travel consists of short service trips focused on preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and upgrades. Technicians are generally home most weekends and are not expected to spend extended periods away from home.
What We're Looking For
β’ Experience maintaining robotics, automation equipment, industrial machinery, conveyors, packaging systems, AGVs, AMRs, CNC equipment, or similar electromechanical systems
β’ Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
β’ Mechanical and electrical aptitude
β’ Experience with pneumatics, sensors, motors, actuators, and controls systems
β’ Ability to read schematics and technical documentation
β’ Strong communication skills and customer-facing professionalism
β’ Ability to work independently and take ownership

Salary : $70,000 - $100,000
