Hiring tutors for SAT/ACT Prep

Elementary/Middle School/High School Level Tutoring

Test Prep Tutoring:

Specifically looking for tutors with experience in the digital SAT and ACT with expertise in one or all sections of the test.

Proven experience in tutoring or teaching, particularly in test preparation or academic subjects like math and writing.

Strong knowledge of learning technology platforms and tools used for instruction.

General Academic Tutoring:

Math (Common Core, Algebra, Integrated Math, Math Analysis, Calculus, Statistics)

Science (Physical Science, Physics, Chem, Bio)

English (Language Arts, early reading skills, comprehension, writing)

Languages (Spanish)

Homework help/organization

Hours: Weekdays/Weekends-afternoons and evening

All tutoring is one on one in home in the North County Coastal area

Tutor Requirements:

-College Degree/Teaching credential Preferred

-Clean, neat, courteous, articulate

-Specializes in subject matter- knowledge of Common Core Standards and Curriculum

-Experience working with Executive Functioning and Learning Challenges

-Able to establish rapport and develop mutual respect with students

-Able to focus and/or redirect students attention using creative positive reinforcement

-Must have reliable transportation and it is best if your work or live in North County as you will not be reimbursed for mileage
