As an Associate Teacher, you’ll:

- We are hiring for both Lead and Associate Great Start Readiness Program Teachers!
As an Associate Teacher, you’ll:
- Support the Lead Teacher in planning and implementing daily lessons using an approved GSRP curriculum
- Assist in observing and assessing children’s development using approved tools
- Help maintain a safe, engaging, and organized classroom
- Build positive relationships with children and families
- Participate in family engagement activities, staff meetings, and required professional development
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or Child Development (Or a valid Child Development Associate (CDA) credential with a plan to complete an associate degree)
- Experience working with preschool-aged children preferred
- Ability to meet state licensing and GSRP requirements
- Team player with a passion for early childhood education
