Extraordinary Projects need Exceptional Talent
As a Office Engineer at Tutor Perini Corp., reporting to Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to:
Track, review and process Change Proposal Requests, Change Orders, Owner Payment Applications and, if applicable, claims
Monitor job costs, maintain accurate reports and assist the Project Manager and Superintendent in preparing quantity reports, analyzing the labor costs and completing quarterly profit project records
Manage the preparation and executing of the Project closeout process
Research and propose solutions to quality control issues
Perform quantities take offs
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or similar from an accredited university.
Experienced in construction for the civil, building or infrastructure sector
Previous experience as a field engineer or office engineer
Knowledge of Estimating , Scheduling or AutoCAD
Proficient in MS Office (WORD/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint), Procure, Bluebeam
Excellent written and verbal skills
