Foundational Skills Tutor - Special Education (SPED Credential Preferred)

About the Role: As an Tutor at Tutor Me Education, you'll provide personalized, one-on-one tutoring to students with special needs in their homes. You will be responsible for helping students with daily activities, offering moral support, and delivering tailored instruction based on their Individualized Education Plan (IEP).

We are currently hiring for multiple positions across all cities in Fontana, CA

Details:

• In-Person Tutoring in Fontana, CA
• Schedule: 25 hour per month, 3 sessions a week (tutoring hours TBD)
• Pay range is between $25 and $35
  
  

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience working with students with significant academic delays and/or intellectual disabilities.
• Strong understanding of special education instructional strategies, particularly in literacy and numeracy intervention.
• Knowledge of individualized and multisensory teaching approaches.
• Excellent communication, patience, and organizational skills.
• Preferred: Current or previous Special Education (SPED) teaching credential or equivalent experience
