- Competitive pay based on specialization ($25–$35/hour).
- 1.5 hours per week, thrice a week
- Mondays to Fridays 5pm onwards with weekend schedule flexibility
- Start ASAP
- Provide general academic assistance aligned with 4th-grade curriculum
- Implement strategies to maintain focus and engagement during sessions
- Support learning using an AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) device
- Adapt instruction to meet the student’s individual learning and behavioral needs
- Manage occasional resistant behaviors with patience and positive reinforcement
- Create a calm, supportive, and structured learning environment
- Provide individualized reading and math instruction tailored to the needs of a 3rd-grade student with Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Support the development of grade-appropriate academic skills while addressing learning gaps
- Utilize behavior intervention and positive reinforcement strategies to improve focus, participation, and task completion
- Incorporate sensory-friendly and occupational therapy-informed approaches when appropriate
- Help the student develop attention, organization, and self-regulation skills during learning activities
- Create engaging, structured lessons that support both academic and behavioral growth
- Monitor progress and adjust instructional strategies to meet the student's evolving needs
