We’re seeking thinkers, builders, and operators who want to help deliver the future of automation.The RoleAs a Deployment Manager at Tutor Intelligence, you will own the customer experience from the moment a deal closes through successful on-site robot deployment and early post-launch stabilization. You will work directly with customer operations, IT, and facilities teams to prepare their sites for automation, coordinate delivery and installation, and ensure deployments launch smoothly and on schedule. This is a highly ownership-driven, customer-facing role at the intersection of operations, robotics, and enterprise environments. You will act as the single point of accountability during deployment, identifying risks early, driving resolution, and ensuring customers are confident and ready before handing off to Customer Success.What You’ll DoOwn customer deployments end-to-end, from post-sale kickoff through launch and early post-deployment stabilizationServe as the primary point of contact for customer operations, IT, facilities, and other stakeholders during deploymentCoordinate site readiness activities including physical layout, workflows, networking, access, and operational constraintsPlan and manage deployment timelines, delivery schedules, and internal and external dependenciesIdentify risks, gaps, and blockers early, and drive resolution across customer teams and internal stakeholdersWork closely with Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and clear accountabilityOperate effectively in ambiguous, non-standard customer environments where processes are still evolvingContribute to the development, documentation, and continuous improvement of Tutor’s deployment playbooks and processesSupport customers through initial post-launch operations to ensure stability, satisfaction, and readiness for long-term successWho You Are2–4 years of experience in a customer-facing role within manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or industrial environmentsExperience coordinating complex, multi-stakeholder projects in operational or production settingsFamiliarity with how industrial facilities operate, including workflows, safety culture, and cross-functional coordinationStrong organizational skills and comfort owning timelines, details, and follow-throughClear, direct communicator who can work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersComfortable handling issues as they arise, including delays, changing requirements, and difficult conversationsBias toward ownership, accountability, and getting things done in imperfect, real-world conditionsInterest in robotics, automation, and deploying technology into physical environmentsNice to HavesExperience in sales, customer success, sales engineering, field engineering, or systems integration in industrial settingsPrior exposure to robotics, automation systems, MES, WMS, or industrial IT environmentsExperience working with early-stage or scaling startupsComfort operating with evolving processes and contributing to documentation and playbook developmentWillingness to travel as needed to support customer deployments nationwidCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary and meaningful equityFully employer-covered health and dental insurance401(k)Unlimited PTORegular in-office meals and team eventsA collaborative, low-ego environment where people are trusted to do their best workTutor Intelligence is an equal opportunity employer. Salary : $94,310 - $115,000
