We have a need for an in-home educators for middle and high school students to support them in executive functioning: Time Management, Accountability, Organization, Prioritization.

Our goal is to make tutoring convenient and effective by bringing the learning experience directly to students in their homes, in-person or virtually. Most of our students live in Ahwatukee, Chandler, Gilbert, Tempe and Mesa.

Requirements:
- Reliable transportation and valid license
- Must be willing to travel to student's home
- Minimum 3 years experience with special learning needs
- Proficiency in teaching reading and math foundations
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Patience and creativity
- Ability to commit to working at least through May to finish the semester
Job Details:
- Location: In-person tutoring in a student's home
- Hours: Sessions will take place 2-3 times per week Monday-Friday between 4-6pm
Compensation:
- Hourly: $20-$25 per hour (varies with skill required)
- Bonuses: Opportunities for bonuses based on student satisfaction and other criteria.
- Employment type: This is a part-time position as an Independent Contractor (1099)
