- Our Tutor Doctor team does all the student recruiting and then provides a steady stream of students for our tutors to choose from!
- Our Education Consultant conducts consultations with every family, so they develop an academic plan that identifies expectations for what the student(s) need help with- this ensures you are set up for success!

Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions to students focusing on English Language Arts, including reading comprehension, writing skills, grammar, and vocabulary.
- Assess students' strengths and areas for improvement to create individualized lesson plans for elementary, middle, and high school levels.
- Help students enhance their understanding of literary elements, essay writing, and critical analysis techniques.
- Monitor students' progress and regularly share constructive feedback with parents or guardians.
- Collaborate with teachers and parents to align tutoring with classroom goals and support students' academic growth.
- Incorporate diverse teaching methods and materials, such as literature excerpts, writing prompts, and digital tools, to keep sessions engaging and effective.
- Foster a positive and encouraging learning environment to boost students' confidence and motivation.
Qualifications: -
- Previous experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles and practices.
- Familiarity with tutoring techniques and strategies.
- Experience working with students with special education needs is a plus.
- Strong classroom management skills - Ability to create engaging and interactive lessons - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in lesson planning and curriculum development.
