Company Description
We are a stealth-stage AI startup currently in product development. The core team is based in India and the UK, and we are now looking for a U.S.-based co-founder in Menlo Park to take on the CEO role and lead operations and fundraising.
This is a pure equity role at the current stage.
Role Description
You will join at the 0–1 stage and help shape the company from product development through launch, fundraising, and scale. The product is AI-driven and currently in stealth mode.
You will work closely with the founding team and international product and engineering teams to establish the U.S. presence, define strategy, raise capital, and drive execution.
Based in or willing to commute regularly to Menlo Park,
Comfortable working with distributed teams in India and the UK,
Experience in early-stage (0–1) startups,
Strong Silicon Valley network (investors, founders, operators),
Proven or demonstrated ability to raise capital,
Comfortable with a pure equity compensation structure initially,
Ready to take full CEO ownership and long-term responsibility.
Qualifications
Serve as CEO and lead the company in the U.S.
Drive fundraising efforts (pre-seed/seed and beyond)
Build and manage investor relationships in Silicon Valley
Lead operations, structure, and company setup in the U.S.
Define and execute go-to-market strategy
Recruit advisors and early team members in the U.S.
Collaborate closely with distributed teams in India and the UK
Lead the company from 0–1 toward product-market fit
