Direct Support Professional – Weekday Evening Shift
Location: Monroeville, PA
Schedule: Full- time, Monday–Friday • 3:00 PM–11:00 PM
Caseload: Support one individual
Tutelage Residential Services is hiring an Evening DSP to provide one-on-one support in a relaxed, low-stress environment. This role is ideal for someone who is patient, flexible, and intentional in how they interact and engage.

Tutelage Residential Services empowers individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism in a residential setting to build independence, confidence, and meaningful community connections. We're seeking a compassionate, patient, and community-minded Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help individuals thrive in everyday life.
What You'll Do
Provide calm, individualized support in a laid-back atmosphere
Assist with grocery shopping, daily routines, and community engagement
Maintain a safe, supportive environment
Encourage independence, confidence, and meaningful activity
Document services accurately
Communicate with the team to ensure smooth, consistent care
What You Bring
Flexibility, patience, and an intentional approach to support
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
High school diploma/GED
Valid PA driver's license
Ability to pass all required background checks
CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and navigate stairs
