TUTCO, LLC, a leading manufacturer of heat strips and heating elements, used in the HVAC and Appliance industry has an immediate opening for an Accounting Specialist at their Cookeville, TN facility. TUTCO LLC. is a Subsidiary of Smiths Group with Headquarters in London, England.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily invoicing and reconciliation of accounts.
- Entry of customers into system and continuous monitoring of balances.
- Verification and coding of freight charges.
- Assist in month end and year end closing procedures.
- Assist with other Accounting functions, as needed.
Qualifications:
We are seeking individuals who are self-starters, upbeat and motivated with an excellent work ethic. Candidates must possess the ability to learn quickly and effectively in our highly technical, ever changing, competitive business.
- Bachelor’s degree required, Accounting background preferred.
- Ability to analyze information in an accurate and timely manner.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy required.
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required.
- Experience with Syteline a plus.
