This role is a full time role in our office five days a week.

The starting rate for a Post Bar Law Clerk is $25.00 per hour.

This role has the potential to transition into a Junior Associate Attorney role with a salary range of 75k-100k per year (dependent upon performance and applicable skills).

Key responsibilities:

· Draft, serve, and/or file pleadings, discovery, correspondence, motions, and memoranda;

· Attend depositions, conferences, and court hearings so that you are prepared to practice law when you pass the bar;

· Attend and conduct client meetings and assist attorneys in litigation matters as needed.

Our ideal candidate:

· This is position is ideal for a candidate awaiting their California bar results with an interest in litigation;

· Must have a strong background with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and MacOS;

· Experience with Clio is preferred;

· A positive and collaborative approach to teamwork and fellow firm staff is required.
