We’re looking for a Sales Professional who’s passionate about people, energized by goals, and committed to guiding buyers with warmth, professionalism, and follow-through every day and every step of the way.
Please note that this position requires a PA Real Estate License and at least 1 year of sales experience. New Home sales experience is preferred.
Responsibilities
· Provide customers with an exceptional experience.
· Consistently achieve sales goals.
· Develop an understanding of our homes and communities.
· Day-to-day activities such as managing the sales office, touring customers through the homes and community, and sales paperwork.
· Willingness to learn the expected sales process and participate in training.
· Willingness to be flexible, take direction (even when unfavorable), and pivot quickly as needed.
· Attend all necessary meetings, which may fall outside of normal business hours.
· Manage the Buyer’s journey from first visit through closing.
· Complete competitive analysis reports quarterly.
· Utilize all systems and applications needed for follow-up and paperwork.
· Ability to work and learn with other departments.
· Consistently review the website and other marketing.
· Build and maintain relationships with the local Realtor community.
· Gain an understanding of mortgages and how to run numbers for potential Buyers.
· Attend and assist at Events.
· Strong time management and organizational skills are required.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of High School Diploma or GED, · College degree is preferred, but not required based on experience.
· Valid Driver’s license and a vehicle to travel between communities.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· A basic understanding of Microsoft programs and the ability to learn new programs quickly.
· EVERY Saturday and Sunday, and some holidays are required. There will be set office hours 5 days a week.
· A PA Real Estate license is required for this position.
Must be living in and familiar with the Lehigh Valley area. Candidates 10 miles or more outside the Lehigh Valley will not be considered.
