Looking for an opportunity to launch your career in IT? As a Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers who need technical help. You’ll troubleshoot everyday technology issues, solve problems, and gain hands-on experience with widely used technologies including Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, Active Directory, and more.
This is a great opportunity for someone early in their IT career who enjoys technology, problem-solving, and helping people.
What You’ll Do
- Provide friendly, professional technical support by phone, ticket, and remote session
- Troubleshoot common hardware, software, network, and account-access issues
- Support technologies such as Microsoft 365, Windows, Azure, Active Directory, Google Workspace, and macOS
- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions clearly and accurately
- Keep customers informed throughout the support process
- Partner with senior technicians and engineers when issues require additional expertise
- Learn new technologies while building valuable real-world IT experience

You should have:
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- A natural ability to troubleshoot and solve problems
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- An interest in technology and a willingness to learn
Education & Experience
Candidates should have one of the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, MIS, or a related field
- Associate degree plus 1 year of relevant experience
- 2 years of professional service desk or technical support experience
CompTIA A and Microsoft certifications are a plus.
CompTIA A must be obtained within six months of employment.
