Responsibilities
- Assist with setting up and breaking down event equipment, including tents, tables, banners, signage, cooking equipment, and serving stations.
- Assemble and serve chicken and shrimp bowls, Southwest Dippers, and other menu items according to company standards.
- Greet customers, answer menu questions, and process payments.
- Restock food, sauces, utensils, and supplies throughout the event.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workspace.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
- Assist with loading and unloading event supplies and equipment.
- Work efficiently during busy periods while maintaining a friendly and professional attitude.
Qualifications
- Previous food service experience is required.
- Must be comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are required.
- Availability to work weekends and occasional weekday events is required.
- Food Handler Certification is a plus but not required.
