What are the responsibilities and job description for the Store Manager position at Tusha Ag Center?
Tusha Ag Center is looking for a customer service driven individual who is motivated in helping us grow our family owned business. Must be reliable and passionate about working with feed products for all livestock species.
- Develop, strengthen, and expand relationships with all customer’s
- Able to communicate effectively and knowledgeably about all products we offer
- Consistently identify and communicate customer insights back into the business ownership
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while communicating more complex issues to ownership
- Maintain facility, vehicles and equipment to company standards
- Load and unload trucks safely and appropriately
- Operate feed truck, fork-lifts and location equipment in a safe manner
- Load and deliver product to customers as needed
- Maintain delivery equipment to DOT standards and perform pre-post trip inspections
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Operates sales purchases and invoicing in Quickbooks accurately and aid in maintaining inventory records
- Willing to aid the business in expanding into seed sales
- Other Duties as assigned
Job requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to life and carry at least 75#
- Moderate computer skills
- Preferred: livestock nutrition knowledge
- Preferred: 2 years of experiences in agriculture and/or with feed sales
- Preferred: 2 years of customer service experience
