What are the responsibilities and job description for the Instructional Assistant (174 Day): SpEd/CDC (PT) position at TUSCULUM VIEW?
The Instructional Assistant (SPED/CDC) is responsible for assisting the Teacher to provide a self-contained special education classroom. Work with small groups of special needs students, provide toileting and feeding assistance as needed. This part time position will work 29.5 hours per week and DOES NOT include benefits.
Applicants must have two (2) years college coursework, a college degree, or pass the ParaPro Assessment.CPR Certification Required AND Specified Medication Trained (or willingness to become Certified/Trained in both). Must have satisfactory background/fingerprint checks as required by the Tennessee State Department of Education and state law. Must meet health and physical requirements.
