Tuscawilla Animal Hospital is currently seeking one experienced Veterinary Technician and one experienced Receptionist to join our dedicated team. We proudly serve the Winter Springs, Oviedo, Casselberry, Winter Park, and Orlando communities.
We are an established, multi-doctor small animal hospital looking for skilled, experienced professionals who can hit the ground running immediately—this is not an entry-level position.
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
- Previous hands-on experience as a technician in a veterinary hospital
- Ability to work independently with minimal training regarding technical skills
- Strong understanding of daily veterinary operations
- Avimark software experience strongly preferred
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Reliable, mature, and professional, with a flexible schedule
- Proficiency in placing IV catheters
- Experience with blood draws
- Proper X-ray positioning techniques
- Ability to intubate patients and assist with anesthesia monitoring
