- Maintain cleanliness and sanitization of all food preparation areas in accordance with food safety procedures
- Assist in menu planning and food presentation to enhance guest experience
- Deliver food orders promptly and courteously to ensure timely service for guests
- Drive company vehicles responsibly for local deliveries or catering events, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Provide attentive waitstaff service by taking orders, serving meals, and attending to guest needs with professionalism and enthusiasm
Requirements
- Previous experience in food industry roles such as dietary aide, culinary assistant, or restaurant server is highly desirable
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques including braising, grilling, poaching, and meal assembly
- Familiarity with food safety management practices and sanitizing procedures in high-volume kitchens
- Strong knife skills and proficiency operating various kitchen equipment
- Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and food handling standards
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards in food production and service
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record for delivery responsibilities is preferred
