- Supervise front-of-house staff, including training, scheduling, and performance management to ensure top-tier service delivery
- Oversee customer service interactions, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maximize guest satisfaction
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including shift management, inventory control, and food handling procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and health regulations across all front-of-house activities
- Operate POS systems Toast
- Coordinate with kitchen management to ensure seamless food production and timely service during busy hours
- Lead staff training initiatives focused on hospitality excellence, food presentation, and safety protocols
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within casual dining or quick service environments
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety practices, and kitchen operations
- Expertise in POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Ability to manage inventory control, budgeting, and cost-effective food management strategies
- Leadership skills in staff training, development, and team motivation
- Experience with shift management, interviewing potential team members, and supervising restaurant operations
- Familiarity with catering services, banquet events, bar operations, and hotel or hospitality industry standards is a plus
