Responsibilities
- Conduct property tours for prospective tenants, highlighting key features and benefits.
- Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of tenant applications and lease agreements using OneSite or similar property management software.
- Address tenant concerns promptly and effectively, utilizing conflict management skills to resolve issues.
- Collaborate with maintenance staff to ensure properties are well-maintained and meet tenant expectations.
- Support administrative tasks related to leasing operations, including filing documents and updating databases.
