Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Banquet Server for onsite and cater with base in Waukesha, WI. The Banquet Server will be responsible for setting up and breaking down event spaces, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a high standard of service during events. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized work environment, addressing guest needs with professionalism, and collaborating with the team to deliver an exceptional experience for all attendees.
Qualifications
- Experience in Food Service, including handling and serving food and beverages preferred but not necessary
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Proven Customer Service skills, with a commitment to providing exceptional event experiences
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of event setup and safety protocols is a plus
- Availability to work weekends and evening
