We are seeking. We are seeking a Part time Dishwasher. You will be serving as a server for our beautiful community which consist of 130 units in a magnificent 130,000 square foot.

Responsibilities:

· Thoroughly wash all dishes, cookware, flatware and utensils.

· Perform kitchen activities including: ware-washing system set-up and break down, dish washing, pot washing, general cleaning duties, storing of food and non-food supplies and prep production.

· Properly maintain all dishwashing equipment.

· Clean all work areas following established cleaning schedule

· Prepare, wash and store dishes following each meal.

· Assist in serving, when needed.

· Assist Cooks in preparing foods and cleaning food serving areas and equipment.

· Set up serving carts for each meal as required.

· Assist in busing tables and prepare dishes for washing.

· Clean dining room tables and chairs. Vacuum and clean dining room area.

· Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces, ware-washing system, and areas in kitchen.

· Assist serving associates in preparing the dining room for the next meal service.

· Assist in laundering and pressing linens and other washable items used in the Dining Services area.

· Deliver and retrieve room service trays to resident suites as needed.

Qualifications:

· High School Diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred

· At least 6 months previous utility/dishwashing experience preferred

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
