Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with care plans and regulatory standards
• Monitor residents’ health and well-being, reporting any changes or concerns to the appropriate team members
• Foster a warm, respectful, and engaging environment for residents
• Document care activities accurately and maintain confidentiality
• Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality resident care and safety
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Previous experience in senior care, healthcare, or related field preferred
• Certification as a Med Tech or willingness to obtain certification
• Compassionate, patient, and attentive to residents’ needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to work effectively during evening and overnight shifts
• Reliable and punctual with a professional attitude
• Ability to follow detailed care plans and adhere to safety protocols
