Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Assistant General Manager to join the Tuscan Brands team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Boston, MA. The Assistant General Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and lead a team to achieve organizational objectives. Key responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing workflows, monitoring inventory and finances, orchestrating a superior guest experience, and maintaining operational efficiency. The Assistant General Manager will work closely with upper management to align team goals with the company’s mission and values.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership experience in food service, hospitality, or restaurant management
- Strong skills in operations management, staffing, and team development
- Exceptional customer service skills and the ability to foster a positive guest experience
- Ability to manage financials, including inventory, budgets, and cost controls
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in Italian cuisine or a passion for the culinary arts is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in hospitality or restaurant management is preferred
