The Pool Manager reports directly to the Aquatic Coordinator and plays a key role in implementing policies, enforcing safety standards, and maintaining operational excellence.
The ideal candidate will have experience in aquatic operations, including staff leadership and pool maintenance. Prior experience as a lifeguard and swim instructor is preferred, along with the ability to effectively train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
