SUMMARY
Work involves responsibility for managing the daily operations and duties of a front-line customer-oriented office. These duties include but are not limited to; handling reservations for rentals and program registration, handling the responsibility of financial duties, computer and RecTrac operations, record keeping and in general public relations by dealing with the public in carrying out these responsibilities. Work requires high organizational and communication skills, the exercise of considerable initiative and independent judgment. All office managers may be required to travel to and assist other activity centers or PARA administrative businesses office as needed.
