What are the responsibilities and job description for the Photographer & Videographer position at Turton Commercial Real Estate?
Turton Commercial Real Estate is seeking a creative, motivated, and versatile full-time Photographer & Videographer to join our in-house marketing team. Our work goes beyond traditional property marketing. We help tell the stories of the businesses, neighborhoods, and transformative real estate projects shaping Sacramento, including some of the region’s most significant redevelopment opportunities. This position plays an important role in how we showcase those properties, people, and places through professional photography, videography, and social media content.
The ideal candidate is equally comfortable photographing commercial real estate, capturing lifestyle content, interviewing business owners, and producing engaging social media reels. From property photography and drone footage to client interviews, business features, and neighborhood highlights, this role offers the opportunity to create a wide variety of original content.
This is a hands-on position involving photography, filming, editing, content planning, and collaboration with our marketing team and commercial real estate agents. Creativity, technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects independently are essential.
We are a small commercial real estate firm made up of fresh agents and out-of-the-box marketers with a passion for Sacramento. We tore down traditional industry barriers and created a collaborative work environment where information is shared to benefit our clients. Our team has played a role in transforming Sacramento through landmark transactions, from the evolution of Midtown and the R Street Corridor to major urban infill and mixed-use opportunities across the region.
Our firm is made up of an eclectic, diverse, talented, hardworking group of individuals with a passion for active, healthy endeavors. Once inside our office, be prepared to step around an electric scooter, listen to inflating bike tires, and talk about travel, skiing, and endurance sports. Step outside and you'll find yourself surrounded by Midtown's beautiful tree canopies, eateries, and bars. A healthy affection for Costco snacks might be beneficial.
Past optional company trips include backpacking, hiking, and canyoneering in 10 national parks throughout North America.
